How to find free legal advice from a qualified lawyer

You should get legal advice before starting a court action if you’re unsure about your legal rights, have any questions about the law, or want to know if your court action may succeed.

Browse or search for an online service you can use for proceedings with the Supreme Court of Queensland (including the Trial Division and the Court of Appeal).

Some services will ask you to login. You will need an Online Services Portal profile to use these and will be able to view and manage the proceeding in your dashboard.
